ABOUT US

COMMITTED RISK MANAGEMENT WITH HEART AND SOUL

Ralf Erdmann

After completing his commercial training, our owner and managing director Ralf Erdmann draws from more than 35 years of continuous professional experience in risk management and consulting services always with a focus on the healthcare sector.

As an authorized signatory and senior consultant for major players in the healthcare industry, he has been involved in many measures to increase patient and resident safety. These range from outpatient and inpatient acute and high-performance medical facilities to rehabilitation, nursing and elderly care providers.

In addition to his profound networking and memberships in medical and nursing associations, a large number of lectures and publications round off his qualifications.

All our Spreequeem employees are well trained and regularly take part in further education and training courses.

OUR VALUES

OUR WORK IS CHARACTERIZED BY OUR FUNDAMENTAL VALUES

01.

Compassion

At Spreequeem, we firmly believe that compassion is not just a personal value, but the basis for all ethical action. We do not view our activities in isolation, but as part of a larger social fabric for which we bear responsibility.

02.

Progress

As a social enterprise, we believe that progress should not only be measured in financial terms. Rather, our values are committed to the well-being of our customers. For us, value-based progress means striving for excellence and quality in everything we do.

03.

Respect

Respect is more than just a superficial concept for us. It is a fundamental value that shapes our daily decisions and interactions. We firmly believe that respectful interaction creates the basis for successful and sustainable cooperation. We listen carefully, recognize the uniqueness and diversity of each individual and treat all people with dignity and respect.

04.

Courage

Sometimes it takes courageous decisions and actions to bring about positive change. For us, values-based courage means taking responsibility and standing up for what we believe in. Courageous action also requires us to address uncomfortable truths. We take the freedom to question existing conventions and break new ground.
